Prior to joining the Select Group, Jodi held leadership positions in operations, learning and development and sales training for prominent health and beauty companies, where she successfully led large-scale training initiatives and implemented cutting-edge learning technologies. Her commitment to continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends has earned her recognition as a thought leader in real estate training.

Jodi holds a coaching certification with an emphasis on sales success and mindset. She is also a certified professional in training and development (CPTD). She frequently shares her expertise as a guest on industry podcasts and as a speaker at industry conferences and events.
